14-Day Return Period
Customers in the EU generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging where possible
- Complete with all included parts/accessories
- Not installed or mounted on a vehicle
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, installed, altered, or returned incomplete.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For EU withdrawal returns, customers may be responsible for return postage unless the seller offers to pay or did not inform the customer about return costs before purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging if damaged during shipping
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution according to applicable consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
- Used or installed products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products returned without original parts/accessories
- Custom or personalized products, if offered in the future
- Items returned after the legal return period, unless faulty
